Cost Modelling and Benchmarking
aspirahub’s cost modelling module enables clients to plan and implement the most effective service whilst delivering value-for-money (VFM).
Our application helps clients to self-assess their services by modelling different estimates of what services might cost, taking into account different cost drivers.
This application also allows users to benchmark costs against national and local sources, collect better unit cost data and use their modelling to build and support the measurement of outcomes.
Wherever possible we facilitate the creation of “benchmarking clubs” to enable similar users to share benchmarking information.
