In response to an increasing global demand for high quality, evidence-based, research and consultancy, Matrix is increasingly providing services to a worldwide client base. To date we have undertaken a wide range of assignments for organisations including:
- the European Commission;
- the European Parliament;
- the Inter-American Development Bank; and
- EU Member State Governments.
Our international work focuses on providing clients with sound evidence and advice to enable them to improve decision-making at both strategic and operational levels. Where we are able to add additional value to both our international and domestic clients is in our ability to draw upon cross-border and cross sector experience as well as our ability to interpret and collect evidence in several languages.
The services that we offer our international clients include: ex-ante and ex-post evaluations of policies and programmes; performance management and monitoring; regulatory impact assessments; fact-finding studies; needs assessments; pilot studies; feasibility studies; benchmarking studies; comparative studies and cost-benefit studies.
In order to support our international offer, Matrix has established formal strategic alliances with Danish company Rambøll Management which has multiple offices across Europe, and in the USA the American Institutes of Research and the Urban Institute. Matrix also regularly works with a number of the worlds leading universities and research organisations.
