Centre for Excellence and Outcomes

Matrix are part of the consortium that has recently been awarded the contract to establish the Centre for Excellence and Outcomes (C4EO). Due to launch on 1st July 2008, C4EO aims to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families in England by identifying and coordinating the evidence of what works at a national, regional and local level.
