Ministry of Justice – National Probation Service (NPS)

The National Offender Management Service (NOMS), the National Probation Service (NPS) and individual probation services use aspirahub® as a performance management solution. Using a secure web portal we provide an online data collection and reporting solution for probation caseload and court report information created and used by NPS.

Our aspirahub solution automatically validates and cleans uploaded data to ensure data quality. Reports and graphical representations of the data are made available via the portal to a number of key Probation Departments and individual Probation Services, providing these departments with a valuable ‘corporate’ management tool to manage the performance of Probation Areas nationwide.
