Cambridgeshire PCT uses aspirahub for performance monitoring and management. Our staged solution is about improving and enhancing the PCT’s performance management reporting by initially focusing on Board reporting using dynamic dashboards.
The first phase of our work with the PCT was to undertake audits of the current Key Performance Indicators monitored by the Board for Finance, Performance and Operations. We reviewed technical, data quality, data source and user requirements so that we understood the baseline needed to deliver their performance management framework. We also used the audit information to map what the dashboards and reports would look like to meet users’ requirements.
Our project team has been working very closely with the PCT’s project lead and “super-user”, Alex Ridgeon – Associate Director of Information, to build a performance management system which will enable the Board to see data on their most important KPIs’ in Finance, Performance and Operations.
