Development of an Information Strategy

Matrix is currently working with the Correctional Services Office for Contracted Prisons (Home Office) to provide support to improve its performance management. To date, this work has drawn extensively on key guidance from HM Treasury, National Audit Office, Audit Commission, Office for National Statistics and the Cabinet Office. This work has allowed the Office to assess the risk of failure to deliver on 48 2003-04 and 2004-05 Key Performance Targets and identity appropriate remedial action.
